Talentegy, the Award-winning Talent Experience Analytics Platform, Announces New Feedback and Survey Management

Latest Features Seamlessly Capture User Feedback During the Candidate or Employee Journey

Talentegy, the next generation analytics platform designed to help HR teams measure and optimize candidate and employee experience, announced that it has released the next phase in their product roadmap to offer feedback and survey management into their solution. These new features will be immediately available to Clients and Talentegy will continue to offer it as part of their 30-day free trial to interested new customers.

In the same best-practice framework of the Talentegy platform, feedback and survey management is integrated into their Measure, Alert and Plan methodology. As an extension to their award-winning analytics features, Customers will now be able to monitor and optimize the user interactions and sentiment across multiple stages during a recruiting, employee engagement or talent process with embedded inline feedback or surveys.

Many of today’s leading analyst firms specializing in HR technology research still report user experience to have devastatingly low satisfaction rates. One of the industry’s largest organizations focused on this effort is the
Talent Board, a non-profit that also oversees the Candidate Experience Awards (CandE’s), now in its 6th year for North America, reports only 31% of candidates would reapply to a company due to a very unfriendly candidate experience. That’s a significant blow when most companies have spent the bulk of their budget to entice them to apply in the first place. Add that to the already high application abandonment rates of over 60% reported by a CareerBuilder study and you start to understand the real business impacts of a poor experience when using your HR technology and processes.

Talentegy’s new Feedback and Survey Management can easily be deployed across both candidate (recruiting) and internal employee experience initiatives. While companies are beginning to embrace the value a positive candidate experience has on their brand and bottom line as noted above, many also see the importance in continuing to measure quality of hire once onboard. Employee turnover is often the highest (and most costly) in the first year and Talentegy’s feedback and survey tools will give organizations another way to stay connected and engaged with their new hires.

Positive candidate and employee experiences are as much a marketing tool for a company as an HR one,” said Dwaine Maltais, Co-founder and CEO of Talentegy. “Candidates and employees want the same consumer experiences they are used to having with every other digital interaction they encounter. Talentegy is designed to monitor and find any negative or potentially negative interaction in an HR process and help HR fix it. Our new feedback and survey management features will provide even more visibility and insight into user experience for our customers.
