Talentegy Wins Multiple Awards in Brandon Hall Group’s Coveted 2017 Excellence in Technology Awards Program

The Talent Experience Analytics Platform won in both Best Advance in Candidate Experience Management Technology and Unique Talent Management Technology

Talentegy, the next generation analytics platform designed to help HR teams measure and optimize candidate and employee experience, announced today their solution won multiple awards in Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence in Technology Awards Program. Talentegy took Silver Medals in both the Best Advance in Candidate Experience Management Technology and Best Advance in Unique Talent Management Technology.

The winners were announced on December 14th and were judged by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives. Entries were evaluated based upon the following criteria:

  • Product:
What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
  • Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique and how does it differ from any competing products?
  • Value proposition: What problem does the product solve and/or what need does this product address?
  • Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?
We are very honored that the Talentegy platform was recognized as a breakthrough innovator by such an established group of industry experts and to have won in multiple categories,” said Dwaine Maltais, Co-founder and CEO of Talentegy. “Our vision is to help organizations bring visibility to their candidate and employee experience efforts, so they can make improvements which increase their value to the company’s bottom line. Award programs like Brandon Hall’s allow companies like Talentegy to showcase our unique offering as well as provide HR leaders an informative and unbiased way to learn about the HR technology advancements happening in the market.

The most expensive investment an organization will make is in its talent, whether that’s finding, acquiring, growing, or retaining it. The recruiting function alone can be multiple solutions that are loosely coupled to improve an employer’s brand perception, engage passive candidates more easily, or develop a best-in-class careers website to deliver higher application conversion rates. This represents a very elaborate infrastructure of technology and programs that are layered on top of each other to create that single experience. With Talentegy, employers can see firsthand where there might be breakdowns in these solutions or negative impacts in user interactions.

Talentegy takes a different approach to analytics than traditional analytic platforms and looks at activity from the bottom up versus the top down scanning each interaction for known or potential issues. Talentegy also collects direct feedback from the Candidates or Employees themselves to capture and highlight the voice of the user. This provides their clients with one objective, unified view across their entire candidate or employee journey. The Talentegy solution works behind the scenes to uncover how a company can improve user experience, so they can leverage the tools and tech already in their talent ecosystem and to better evaluate the need for possible additions or changes.

Human capital management is evolving faster than at any time in its history, and it is powered by innovative technology developed and implemented by organizations big and small,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “The technology innovators who won Excellence Awards this year were focused on providing users with a better overall experience. That is what our research says employers want, and our award winners are leading the way.
