After starting in recruiting technology in 1994 Dwaine founded the world’s first job distribution technology platform, SmartPost. He then joined Bernard Hodes Group in 1999 through the acquisition of his company forming their e-Recruiting Solutions division where he launched the award-winning Hodes iQ ATS in 2001. Most recently, Maltais was EVP of Technomedia, a Talent Management technology provider where he led US operations and global corporate executive functions. In late 2016, he again followed his entrepreneurial passion to co-found Talentegy maintaining a deep commitment to aligning client success with innovation in support of a company’s most important resource, its talent.

Stephanie has more than 15+ years of leadership experience in integrated global talent management solutions, and was a co-founder of SmartPost, a best-in-class, SaaS jobs distribution and optimization platform. Upon acquisition, by Bernard Hodes Group, Ralston, led the Operations Division, Hodes iQ e-Recruiting Solutions. After leaving Hodes, Stephanie co-founded a successful defense consulting company where she served as Vice President, Operations & Finance.

Shawna brings over 20 years of experience in talent management technology, marketing and client relations to her leadership role at Talentegy. Most recently, she was VP of Marketing at Technomedia, which was acquired by Cegid, where she ran the company’s global marketing, PR, and analyst and partnership activities in support of their award-winning Talent Management Suite. Prior to that, Shawna led marketing and communications for Hodes iQ’s e-Recruiting Solutions division (part of the Omnicom family). Before joining the company’s software business line she led the regional digital practice in addition to heading up branch operations during her time with Hodes.

Lisa brings over 20 years of customer success and consulting experience in HR Technology and Recruitment Marketing. Previously, she led the Customer Success teams at Hodes iQ and then Technomedia until 2018, where she moved to a leading HR tech video interviewing company until joining Talentegy in 2021. Her experience spans partnering with SMB to Fortune 10 large enterprise companies across all verticals. As a trusted advisor, Lisa consults with our customers to provide strategic direction, process reengineering, and achieving positive ROI on their Talentegy investment.

Carmen has over 15 years of product experience and has managed large-scale development projects in HR technology, programmatic advertising, recruitment marketing, and job distribution and optimization. She’s been a trusted subject matter expert and advisor to her clients and now brings her skills to Talentegy to drive its product roadmap forward.
